Cold Cocoa Milkshake

The best chocolate milkshake, tasting like a cup of hot cocoa, but cold

  • Blender


  • ¼ cup cocoa powder Hershey's Special Dark
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ? cup water
  • 1 dash salt
  • 675 g vanilla ice cream
  • 225 g whole milk


  • Bring cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and water to a boil in small saucepan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, whisking to incorporate all cocoa. Remove from heat and let cool a bit (doesn't need to be fully cold)
  • Add ice cream and milk to blender. Pour in cocoa mix. Blend
